B&K MAGAZINE’S 'SUMMER OF SPORT’
Bar & Kitchen magazine ran a 4-page profile feature around the ‘Summer of Sport’ and how catering for a sporting event operates.
The feature included an interview with the Regional Head Chef of Levy UK, Mark Reynolds. Levy UK are the business that runs the catering at Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium, from the concourse street food outlets, right through to corporate hospitality and the players’ daily meals.
This feature highlighted the work that goes on behind the scenes at the various retail outlets which serve 60,000 people at every home game!
We shot a variety of stills content to be used both on the magazine cover and in the feature itself. Despite pulling over 50,000 pints and baking 8,000 speciality pies on a match day, the emphasis is always on quality at Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
